With targeted educational work and in direct exchange with Massai men and couples, HftM has driven social and cultural change over the last 25 years.
It helps girls and young women become financially independent from their families and thus gain intellectual autonomy as well.
In close cooperation with the women of Malambo, we are continuously developing new ideas to implement women's projects beyond our school project that promote a self-determined life. In the past, these initiatives have included funding for a solar charging station for mobile devices as well as other small, independent projects.
